– Former NWA World Tag Team Champions Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens, known as The Naturals in TNA, worked tonight’s SmackDown taping from Biloxi, Mississippi in a match against Big Show which will air on SmackDown. The match was a handicap match that featured Douglas, Stevens, and a wrestler known as Luke Hawks. The WWE status of Douglas and Stevens is not currently known, however, they were backstage at last night’s Raw in Lafayette, Louisiana.
– Last Friday’s edition of WWE SmackDown ended up doing a 2.6 broadcast rating.
– It was announced on tonight’s edition of ECW on Sci-Fi from the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, Mississippi that Mark Henry, The Great Khali, Big Daddy V, and Kane will be part of the 24-Man Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXIV which will determine the number one contender for the ECW Championship. The winner will get an ECW Championship shot against Chavo Guerrero at WrestleMania XXIV.
