It was previously reported that as announced by WWE after last Monday night’s RAW Dean Ambrose was suffering from an arm injury after the beat-down he got from Samoa Joe and RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar. WWE also noted that Ambrose was being taken to a local medical facility for x-rays and that an update would be available soon.
According to the latest reports, Ambrose is currently suffering from a legitimate right elbow injury. No word yet on the severity of the injury but he came to RAW hurt and the show was re-written to cover the injury with the angle.
No word yet on when Ambrose suffered the elbow injury but from what was reported, he was injured at a WWE live event this past weekend. Ambrose worked last Saturday’s live event in Syracuse, NY and last Sunday’s live event in Allentown, PA, teaming up with Seth Rollins for DQ wins over The Bar.
There is also no word on how long Ambrose might be out of action but there is a feeling that he may be out for a while due to how they re-wrote the script and did the injury angles. Ambrose is reportedly scheduled to travel to Birmingham, Alabama today to have the injury checked out and dealt with. An update will be provided as soon as one is available.
