Marcus Rashford is in talks with Manchester United about a new deal.
Real Madrid have been linked with a £100million summer move for the 21-year-old, whose contract expires in 18 months’ time.
Rashford’s United team-mate Anthony Martial signed a lucrative five-year deal last week, and Old Trafford chiefs believe the pair could form a lethal attack in the forthcoming seasons.
The Telegraph report Rashford sees his long-term future with United despite interest from Real, who are said to be keeping tabs on the youngster.
United are reportedly preparing to offer their star man, who currently earns around £60,000-a-week, a bumper £150,000-a-week deal with bonuses.
The England international has scored six goals in 10 games since interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho in December.
Rashford’s form has helped United leapfrog Arsenal into fifth and move to within just two points of fourth-placed Chelsea.
The club will need Rashford at his best as they face Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Liverpool this month.
