The Brumbies and Waratahs will both make the trip to Japan in June, to play friendlies with two Top League sides.
NSW ventured to Japan for a friendly last season against the powerhouse Suntory Sungoliath, with the Brumbies set to take the reigning champions on this time around.
The Waratahs will play off against the NEC Green Rockets in their friendly, after edging out Suntory 21-19 in their clash last year.
Japanese sojourns are becoming more common for Australian teams during international windows – the Rebels also made a trip for an exhibition clash in November last year, playing the Toyota Verblitz.
Suntory confirmed the June 17 fixtures on Thursday morning, announcing the schedule via twitter.
The matches will be part of the week-long Chichibunomya Rugby Festival in Tokyo.
