Transfer deadline day: Every done deal completed by Premier League clubs

The January transfer window has officially closed and it was a quiet one for Premier League clubs.

Top flight spending was down to just £180million throughout the month, with the total figure falling for the first time since 2012.

But what deals were completed on deadline day? Find out below…

Peter Crouch was among the movers on deadline day as he completed a return to the Premier League to join Burnley.

The former England striker, 38, agreed a short-term contract with Sean Dyche’s men in a deal that saw Wales international Sam Vokes go the other way to Stoke City.

Vokes, 29, has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the Championship Potters.

Crystal Palace clinched a loan deal for Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi.

The deal was done over an hour after the deadline but Palace managed to submit a deal sheet before 11pm, giving them an extra two hours to get all the paperwork done.

The 25-year-old, who spent the first half of the campaign at Valencia, had been linked with Everton, West Ham, Tottenham and Real Betis at different stages of the day.

Everton’s Yannick Bolasie joined Anderlecht on loan for the rest of the season after cutting short his season-long loan at Aston Villa earlier in January.

Newcastle created some of the biggest deadline-day headlines by breaking their 14-year-old transfer record to to sign Paraguay international Miguel Almiron.

The Magpies spent around £20million to bring in the playmaker from Major League Soccer side Atlanta United. That eclipses the £16million they paid for Michael Owen in 2005.

Almiron has signed a five-and-a-half-year deal but may not be available for Saturday’s trip to Tottenham as he awaits a work permit.

He is joined at St James’ Park by Monaco full-back Antonio Barreca, who has signed on loan for the rest of the season with the option of a permanent deal.

Arsenal have strengthened their squad with the arrival of Barcelona playmaker Denis Suarez on loan for the rest of the season.

The Spain international, 25, played for Gunners manager Unai Emery in the 2014-15 season at Sevilla when they won the Europa League.

Leicester have added to their ranks with the signing of Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans until the end of the season. The Belgium international has scored five goals in 20 appearances in Ligue 1 this season.

The deal, which is subject to international clearance, sees Foxes midfielder Adrien Silva move in the opposite direction, also until the end of the campaign.

Wolves have equalled their club record transfer fee of £18million to make Jonny Otto’s loan switch from Atletico Madrid permanent. The 24-year-old Spain left-back has signed a contract until 2023.

Everton defender Cuco Martina has joined Feyenoord on loan until the end of the season after his spell at Stoke was ended. The 29-year-old had made 18 appearances for the Championship club.

Fulham’s controversial forward Aboubakar Kamara, suspended by the club pending internal disciplinary proceedings following to a training ground incident last week, has joined Turkish side Yeni Malatyaspor on loan.

The Cottagers have signed former West Ham midfielder Havard Nordtveit on loan from Bundesliga club Hoffenheim and Lazar Markovic from Liverpool for an undisclosed fee.
