It looks like Kurt Angle’s surprise return to the ring at WWE TLC earlier this month was not a one-off occasion. The Olympic gold medalist continues to hype his “comeback” and even posted a photo on Instagram showing off new gear he’s having custom made. Check it out below!
WWE Shop has also released new “Don’t Call it a Comeback” themed merch for Angle, which just hit their website this week. As we recently reported, the Raw general manager has been confirmed for the upcoming WWE UK and European tour this November, although he isn’t expected to compete inside the ring.
It’s been discussed that Kurt may be added to the Survivor Series card however, leading speculation being that he and Shane McMahon may captain the men’s 5-on-5 elimination match at the pay-per-view. At the very least we know from WWE TLC that he is cleared by company doctors to compete, and given that he’s having brand new ring gear created you can bet it’s only a matter of time before we see the red, white and blue singlet in action.
