According to L’Équipe, Gabonese midfielder Didier Ndong has signed for Sunderland on a 5 year deal. It is our understanding that the transfer is worth €20m, with an €18m base fee + €2m in bonuses.
The move, which sees the 22 year old leave Ligue 1 side Lorient, has broken Sunderland’s previous transfer record.
