On July 6, the ZYS‘s major science and technology project in Henan Province, China, “Research and Application of Key Technologies of High-end Equipment Spindle Unit and Intelligent Manufacturing System” successfully passed the acceptance of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
At the acceptance meeting, the expert group listened to the report on the implementation of the project, inquired about and discussed the relevant situation of the project, and inspected the equipment and instruments purchased and the use of the project, the industrialization of the project, and the construction of enterprise R&D capabilities. Financial experts reviewed the project budget implementation, fund management and use. In the end, the project was highly appraised by the expert group and passed the acceptance with an excellent score of 96 points.
The project developed 3 series of 6 types of spindles and 4 types of precision bearings, formed an annual production capacity of 600 sets (sets) of high-end machine tool spindles and 500,000 sets of precision machine tool spindle bearings, and realized the batch of high-precision parts and components. Chemical manufacturing, high-precision spindle unit assembly, spindle intelligent production, high-performance spindle motor manufacturing and spindle test verification have broken through the core technologies of bearing-related design and precision machining and manufacturing, and solved the problem of high-reliability bearing machining. The project has obtained 4 authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents, published 7 papers, and formulated 4 enterprise standards, which effectively enhanced the company’s core competitiveness and played an active role in promoting the intelligent transformation of China’s bearing industry.
