Former French youth international Paul-Georges Ntep has quadrupled his salary by making his €8m (excluding bonuses) move to Bundesliga side Wolfsburg, according to France Football.
The former Rennes winger was earning €840k a year gross at the Ligue 1 outfit, with his salary now €4m a year gross at the German side, according to the report.
Crystal Palace were interested in the player, but Marseille, contrary to reports, were apparently not according to Ntep himself:
