Ligue 1 side Toulouse are in advanced negotiations with 25-year-old central defender Steven Fortes, according to L’Équipe.

Fortes was contracted to Ligue 2 outfit Le Havre until the end of this campaign, but the Cape Verde international is seemingly all set to sign a four year contract with TFC.
