Foot Mercato report this evening that Ligue 1 side Strasbourg have made a formal approach to Eredivisie side SC Heerenveen about signing 23-year-old attacking midfielder Arber Zeneli.
The Kosovo international is being watched closely by Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, but RCSA appear ready to swoop in for a player who is at a club that is in financial difficulty and thus is demanding just €3m in order to part with Zeneli.
