L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 side AS Monaco have decided not to up their €12m offer for Reims central defender Axel Disasi for the moment.

Disasi, who is being chased by Rennes and Southampton, is unlikely to have a quick resolution to the situation surrounding his future, with Reims wanting €15m and with the Saints being the only side currently offering that amount.
However, Disasi wants to join the Principality side instead. ASM know that they hold the cards, at least in the player’s mind, and have decided to put the “dossier” in stand by.
