Omar Daf agrees to become new Dijon manager

RMC Sport report tonight that Sochaux manager Omar Daf has agreed terms with Dijon to take over for the coming Ligue 2 campaign.

The 45-year-old, a former Senegal international, had been managing Sochaux since 2018 and missed out on promotion this season after losing the Ligue 2 play-off to Auxerre on penalties.

Bordeaux were also interested in bringing him in following their relegation from Ligue 1, but have instead decided to extend David Guion. Dijon will now have to convince Sochaux to let go of their coach.
