According to Wrestling Standard, WWE is taking legal action against Kelloggs after the breakfast cereal company released new Unicorn cereal which WWE feels too closely resembles The New Day’s Booty-O’s.
The report furthers WWE initially pitched the Booty-O’s cereal to be made by Kelloggs, however, when talks stalled, WWE ended up releasing the cereal itself and selling it via the company website.

It appears as of Booty-O’s are not the only New Day-related breakfast food WWE was hoping would land on store shelves, as the company had plans to pitch a New Day-branded pancake mix to Quaker, however, those talks never panned out as Quaker already produces Aunt Jemima pancake mix. If New Day’s obsession over pancakes seemed a bit too much, it’s likely because officials were hoping to land a deal with Quaker, and had New Day going all-in on the gimmick on TV.
It’s worth noting the Kelloggs cereal, which you can check out a photo of below, is a limited edition product, so it does not appear as of the cereal company plans to keep the brand on shelves permanently:
As part of the Grey’s Anatomy public relations tour, they have partnered with Kellogg’s to make a Maggie brand cereal – UNICORN 🦄 But hurry & get them fast. They’re limited edition, just like the Jaggie🤢 relationship. *product warning – immediately gets soggy when milk added* pic.twitter.com/68MSkzsRSQ
