Minnesota’s Wicked Wort Brewing Company has released a new beer, named for Larry “The Axe” Hennig. “The Axe Is Back” is an Imperial Pecan Brown and was released at a celebration at the Robbinsdale, MN. brewery on Nov. 17th. Robbinsdale is where the famous-Hennig wrestling family calls home.
Hennig is a former-AWA Tag Team Champion. He is the father of WWE Hall of Famer “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig, and grandfather of current-RAW Superstar Curtis Axel, whose last name comes from his grandfather’s nickname.
