WWE Slam Crate Subscribers Haven’t Received Orders Since January Despite Still Being Charged

WWE Slam Crate, the officially licensed subscription service from LootCrate, may be guilty of scamming its customers out of some serious cash.

A Reddit post from r/SquaredCircle user “catslug666” first brought the issue to light, claiming to be out nearly $100 after her last two WWE Slam Crates never arrived. Additionally, the last box she did receive, all the way back in January, was missing an item as well as a poster that each crate is supposed to contain, detailing each of the objects in that month’s crate.

The Reddit user also states that not only was the WrestleMania season Slam Crate never shipped, but it has now been deleted entirely from her account history after the estimated arrival date was pushed back multiple times. The recent NXT crate, which was due to ship at the end of May, was also never sent out.

This is clearly not an isolated incident. Dozens of others on Twitter have complained about not receiving the last two Slam Crates. With another payment on the horizon for long-term subscribers, many have reached out to both WWE and SlamCrate looking for help, but there’s no word on anyone having received an official response.

Many have asked the obvious question – if they’re paying for something that never arrives, why not unsubscribe? And while that has clearly been the frustrating solution for many former subscribers, there are many people who paid up front for a big discount on up to 3 or even 6 Slam Crates at a time, especially with specials during the holiday season.

Those individuals will have shelled out upwards of $200 each for products they’re unlikely to ever receive, and at present time appear to have no one to contact about the situation.

Anyone subscribe to Wwe slam crate??? Feel like I’m missing multiple crates, yet they have no problem charging me on the day. Think it may be time to cancel.

Hey @lootcrate any reason why the 2 month late Mania @WWE slam crate is not listed in my account anymore? What reason do you have for this?

@AskLoot I still have yet to receive my WWE Slam Crate from May. The website keeps pushing back the shipping date every week it seems. Is the crate still happening? I see two crates now that were supposed to be shipped by now. I'm backed-up two Slam Crates.

@lootcrate Getting beyond a joke now. Still waiting for April's WWE slam crate. My next payment is due to come out so you will have taken 3 payments without me receiving a crate. Think its time to end this subscription

@AskLoot @lootcrate still haven't received any word of the wwe slam crate that was meant to be send late June, what's happening with them

@lootcrate has way delayed the @WWE Slam Crate yet again for over 2 months for the 3rd conservative time while charging it’s subscribers on time! I subscribed for my sons and fed up with this! @StephMcMahon or whom ever handles these business partnerships needs to step in!
