— WWE continues to try and transfer the “face of the company” from Vince McMahon to Stephanie McMahon. One telling sign was at the recent WrestleMania press conference where the company did not use Vince in any speaking capacity but rather had Stephanie (and Triple H) as executive representatives.
— With Jeff Hardy continuing to train at the WWE Performance Center and his inclusion in the Ultimate Deletion match, it appears that the company is expecting him back shortly and his recent DWI arrest is pretty much a non-issue for them. While WWE doesn’t usually react to a DUI/DWI as something serious enough to suspend or punish talent, Jeff’s history makes his situation more notable than others.
