The launch of the NXT UK brand, as well as the recent announcement of the upcoming NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool show, are both great for WWE’s still new weekly series. However, some fans have taken issue with a report from WrestleTalk earlier this week, which claimed that the NXT UK roster members have been signed to new contracts that forbid them from competing for independent promotions other than the ones linked with WWE. There is a feeling among some that this development could end up doing damage to the thriving independent wrestling scene in the United Kingdom. However, United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne has just assured everybody that there isn’t much to worry about, and that “British wrestling is safe.”
British wrestling is safe. Will continue to grow, the talent pool is deep. Your favourite wrestlers are achieving goals and taking steps in their career. Don’t believe everything you read ???? Britwres is alive and well

As seen on SmackDown’s 1000th episode in October, The Big Show returned to WWE television and turned heel when he knocked out the members of The New Day. This allowed Sheamus and Cesaro to win their match and the SmackDown Tag Team Championships in the process. Since then, Big Show and The Bar have continued to appear together on SmackDown, but it looks like the trio may have already just come to an end. Following a dispute between The Bar and The Big Show, Cesaro was knocked out by the giant. The Bar later competed on SmackDown and lost to The Usos. The champions did not have the Big Show in their corner, which could indicate that the partnership is over for right now.
Before #SDLive tonight @WWECesaro & @WWESheamus had a disagreement with Big Show and he knocked out Cesaro so it appears that they are no longer associated with him pic.twitter.com/xwQspfzIhd

Monday Night Raw this week took place in The Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsion. According to PWInsider, WWE talents were impressed with the convenience of the arena. The report also noted that Dean Ambrose’s promo was taped, and he was not in Milwaukee for the show at all. Similarly, Braun Strowman’s message promo was taped in Birmingham, Alabama, which is where it had successful surgery on his elbow earlier in the week. As previously noted, ROH star and potential future WWE Superstar in 2019, Silas Young was in the crowd during Raw. As usual, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was backstage for the show this past Monday night, and he oversaw the entire production of the program.
