Update: WWE Studios head Michael Luisi completed two more transactions selling WWE stock this week.
According to an SEC filing released Friday (August 26), Luisi sold 200 shares on Thursday and 7,675 shares on Friday. Total gross proceeds were $168,424.
Earlier in the month, Luisi sold $282,455 worth of WWE stock to bring his August total to $450,879.
Luisi now owns 56,500 shares of WWE stock.

WWE Studios head Michael Luisi cashed out about a quarter-million dollars worth of WWE stock last week.
WWE reported on Monday (August 8) a stock transaction from last Friday (August 5) where Luisi sold 14,251 of his outstanding shares.
Luisi sold the shares at $19.82, translating to gross proceeds of $282,455.
Luisi now owns 64,375 shares of Class A common WWE stock.
