Brock Lesnar has been officially confirmed for Raw’s go-home show for SummerSlam.
WWE has announced that Lesnar will be appearing on Monday’s Raw. It’s taking place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which had already advertised Lesnar for the episode.
Lesnar was advertised for this past Monday’s Raw, but his appearance wasn’t announced by WWE in advance. He showed up and interrupted Seth Rollins’ match against Dolph Ziggler. Lesnar attacked Rollins, gave him an F5 into the ring post, and then repeatedly gave him F5s onto a chair that was positioned so it was upright.
As Rollins was being taken out on an ambulance, Lesnar stopped it and attacked Rollins again. He gave Rollins an F5 onto a stretcher.
WWE.com’s preview for Monday’s Raw is teasing whether or not Rollins will be able to appear on the episode after the storyline injuries he suffered from being attacked by Lesnar. Rollins defeated Baron Corbin at Raw’s house show in Fort Wayne, Indiana last night and had his ribs taped up and was selling the injuries from the attack.
Lesnar will defend his Universal Championship against Rollins at SummerSlam in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on August 11.
