Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has joined Anderlecht on loan for the remainder of the season.
Bolasie spent the first half of 2018/19 season with Aston Villa but terminated his temporary stay with the Championship club earlier this month.
But despite reportedly wanting to fight for a first-team place at Goodison Park, the former Crystal Palace man has secured another temporary switch away from the club.
Bolasie, 29, joined Everton in August 2016 for £25million but just a few months later he suffered a cruciate ligament injury which kept him out of action for over a year.
Bolasie will be hoping to reignite his career in Belgium, after an indifferent spell at Villa.
He played 21 times for the second-tier side but grew disillusioned throughout the campaign and decided to trigger a clause in his loan move allowing him to return to Merseyside.
Anderlecht currently sit fifth in Belgium’s top division, 14 points behind league leaders Genk.
