Heung-Min Son: Odds reveal Tottenham star among contenders for PFA Player of the Year award

Heung-Min Son was Tottenham’s hero on Saturday, as he has been throughout the season.

His strike was the difference in a hard-fought match with Newcastle and took his Premier League tally to ten for the campaign.

That total is from just 14 starts and it was his second crucial goal in a week following the equaliser against Watford. He is undoubtedly a key player for Mauricio Pochettino.

This is all the more impressive, given he had only just returned to the Spurs squad following his involvement with South Korea in the Asia Cup.

Adrian Durham lists 29 players more deserving of PFA award than Heung-Min Son

Should he keep this up, he will rank highly among the candidates for the PFA Player of the Year award at the end of the season.
